Terms of Service

Effective November 2026

Using ImageToMP4 ("the Service") means accepting the terms below. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, the right move is simply not to use the Service.

1. The Service

What we do: turn an uploaded image plus a text prompt into a short AI-generated video, via third-party model providers. Finished clips live in storage for a limited window — downloading them is your part of the deal.

2. Accounts

Sign-in happens through Google or an email-and-password pair you set. Whatever happens under your credentials is your responsibility. Spinning up extra accounts to dodge pricing, refunds or abuse enforcement is prohibited and is grounds for suspension.

3. Credits & Payments

Each render draws credits according to the model and settings chosen, and the figure shown before you commit is the figure you pay. Credits arrive as one-time packs without an expiry date; no subscription exists and nothing renews in the background. When a generation fails, the full charge returns to you automatically. That automatic refund is the only one — beyond it, packs are non-refundable digital goods, detailed in the Refund Policy. Checkout runs through our payment provider, whose policies govern billing disputes.

4. Acceptable use

Two hard rules: upload only images you actually hold rights to, and never ask the Service to produce unlawful or infringing material. The complete content standards — no sexual/NSFW output, violence or gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation, or copyright and trademark violations — together with moderation mechanics, reporting channels and enforcement steps, form the Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Content that breaks them comes down; accounts that keep breaking them come off.

5. Intellectual property

Your images remain yours, and the videos generated from them are yours to use — so long as the usage itself stays inside these Terms and the law.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is offered "as is", and generative output is imperfect by nature. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
