Automatic refunds for failed generations

A charge sticks only to a delivered video. The moment a generation fails — for any technical reason — the credits it held go straight back to your balance on their own. There is nothing to claim and no one to chase.

One-time credit packs — non-refundable

Packs are digital goods that land in your account the second checkout clears; once granted they are non-refundable. In exchange, the credits themselves never expire — there is no deadline breathing down an unused balance.

No subscriptions, no renewals

ImageToMP4 has no subscription — no monthly invoice exists to arrive and nothing renews itself quietly. Legacy plan holders can still cancel whenever from the dashboard: renewals stop immediately, and the running period is not refunded.

Chargebacks & disputes

Think a charge is wrong? Write to us first with your account email and order number — billing problems get fixed fastest on this side of the transaction. Payments themselves run through our payment provider, and disputes filed through a bank or card network follow that provider’s rules. Nothing here limits the consumer rights the law grants you.
